Pros
A design centric firm with a great culture. I'd highly recommend them!
Cons
The founding partners came out of the big retail world (malls, etc.) and have struggled at times to pivot to new things at the end of their careers.

Flexibility, great staff, not micromanaged
Cons
none known at this time, the health insurance could be better but that could be said for most architecture firms
