      Pros

      9Rooftops was my total favourite agency and workplace. My colleagues were excellent, hugely talented, great humans, full of empathy and grace with a ‘let’s do this team’ attitude. Remote working was supported and everyone was kind and supportive from day one.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes recently, which have been tough and which have seen management changes and loss of team members.

      - Huge range of clients. - Fantastic work-life balance. - Remote work opportunities. - Strong career advancement. - Leadership is very transparent. - They company cares about you and what you want.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than average. Top heavy [A lot of directors] so it makes hierarchy difficult. Still going through growing pains as a young agency.
