      - Hecht team - Persoonlijk bedrijf - Directeuren die je bij de naam kennen - Mooie en uitdagende software - Enorm goede (secundaire) arbeidsvoorwaarden - Maatschappelijk betrokken

      Cons

      - Je moet wel van het persoonlijke houden (teamuitjes o.a.) - prestatiegericht, maar dusver op een schappelijke manier. Je moet er wel tegen kunnen.

      Pros

      The best employee-oriented company I know. Yes, the building is beautiful and you can go to the fitness corner to exercise, but that's only the tip of the iceberg for me. It's about how they really see you as a person, with all your talents for me that does the trick. There is a lot of time for personal development and they invest in you quite a lot. Besides that, it's a very warm cirkel of people. Both your direct collegues and the management above you. And: They make you a true expert in one of the best ERP software solutions available.

      Cons

      It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. Yes, there are many benefits, but they also expect something from you. Unrealistic expectations? No. But if our customers are experiencing long waiting times, you’re expected to make some effort and work together as a team with the whole company to fix it. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so—but it has to suit you.
