Pros

As a licensed insurance agent with 20+ years of experience, I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! AMBA has been fantastic to work for, I am a bit of a usual agent because I am licensed in all 50 states and run all appointments virtually. I am also a full time RVer and the support that they give virtually is fantastic.

Cons

While I joined AMBA 6 years ago and already had my lead systems in place, and have no first hand experience, the only con, would be the leads. However, I feel they do the best they can, I feel this is an industry issue and not specifically AMBA.

Pros

Rewarding work helping contractors grow their careers and income. Flexibility and freedom to educate at a high level. Opportunity to create tools and resources that make agents’ jobs easier, especially during busy enrollment periods. Strong company culture that genuinely supports employees. Engaged and interactive leadership team led by Devon Kennedy, one of the best I’ve worked with in nearly two decades of Medicare training.

Cons

Enrollment periods can be hectic and fast-paced, requiring strong time management. Travel and scheduling can sometimes be demanding during enrollment. Like any training role, success depends on balancing individual agent needs with group training goals.
