      Hi, and thank you for the positive review. The fact that you gave us such a good rating despite the layoffs in December makes me a bit proud. The December layoffs were really bad and the timing was a disaster. There are no two opinions about that. Nevertheless, the decision was the right one, because the market situation and the outstanding debts of customers who were unwilling or unable to pay forced us to take this step.
