Pros
Coming from a history of large corporate jobs, it is refreshing to work for a "smaller" company and have a voice. Communication and ideas can be shared with essentially anyone in the company. The CEO is super receptive to feedback and growth ideas. Support from direct management, teammates, design and support services has been top notch. I've not had a single negative interaction with any staff members. It's a "family feel" vibe at All Pro Sound. We work with Houses of Worship a lot and the experience is very pleasant, especially if you have a faith based background. If you like people, technology and have a strong moral compass and work ethic, you'll love this company.
Cons
While the company is well established with 35 years history in the industry, it is also growing like crazy. The structure of the company is changing and some people are afraid to change established habits. To me, it's not so much a con, however the challenge here is putting in the personal dedication and work to reap the reward. Hours can be longer than a normal 40hr work week and lots of travel involved, but to me, it's a vacation seeing new places and meeting new people and making connections everyday. The other thing I see here, is the lack of current employee feedback to sites like this. Only 5 reviews in 5 years... Does not paint an accurate picture of the company I have seen from the inside. APS has an excellent reputation in the industry for good reason. Most of the people I work work have been with the company 5 to 20+ years. I am amidst brilliant minds and people who genuinely care about me and the company's well-being. I see no real cons here.

All pro has grown a lot since I started, however there is still a lot in the company that needs to improve.
Cons
Overall employees are friendly, but there is a lot of talking behind closed doors that happens.
