Pros
Fast paced, time flies by, nice people. Higher ups communicate to everyone on a regular basis keeping everyone in the loop.
Cons
The large gap between management and lower positions creates a holier than thou attitude among som . Lower positions can't bring a cell phone inside.

The company values employees lives outside of work and offers flexibility. It has grown a fair amount in the last few years and has more opportunities with a recent merger.
Cons
With such a flat management structure there's not much room to move up.
