      Pros

      New office is gorgeous. Settled in quickly and made to feel very welcome by both my immediate team and the wider office. Fair amount going on socially. Good equipment and IT set up. Lots of flexibility - when I need or want to be home it’s no biggie. I make less than I used to but still decent money for what I do. I’m not overloaded and I’m 100x happier here than I was in previous roles so pay cut absolutely worth it.

      - Friendly/welcoming atmosphere - Competitive salary - Great benefits - Opportunity for training/development - Work/Life balance - Senior Management are approachable and always happy to share their knowledge

      - Bonus scheme - coming into affect this year though - Not always a clear progression path
