Mission-based, fast-paced, opportunities to grow and gain new skills. Smart, fun colleagues. Great office in Austin. Most importantly is working under a CEO who has a clear vision of where we're going and what we need to do to get there. The strategy is clear and seeing our goals come to fruition is incredibly gratifying.

Cons

Changing an industry that has been stuck in a rut for decades is hard work. You have to truly believe in the mission and want to be here. What we're doing is game changing and takes effort. Not sure that's a con though, because working for something I truly believe in doesn't really feel like work.
