Pros

Accountivity isn't your typical staffing and recruitment firm. Everyday is different because you get to interact with so many different people. There are many opportunities for growth and success. We have a great team of staff and managers who work hard and get rewarded for it.

Cons

The staffing and recruitment industry is challenging. It is fast paced and competitive, but if you enjoy that in a career then you will love it here.

I made the move to Accountivity after having worked in two much larger organizations and although it took some getting used to the smaller team dynamic it was the best decision I have ever made. There have absolutely been growing pains but I've seen the corporate culture become extremely supportive and I can say that upper management is loyal and fosters an environment of both personal and professional growth. It isn't easy and definitely isn't for everyone but for those who enjoy a dynamic and challenging role Accountivity offers an opportunity to have a great job, earning great money in a great organization.

Cons

As we grow so to must our policies and infrastructure but we should never forget what got us here. Updated technology and marketing will only help your employees be more successful.
