      Pros

      Friendly work environment, very welcoming, I felt accepted for being autistic, and there's no work stress once I clock out.

      Cons

      Some higher management is too relaxed with saying offensive things. Even though I rarely interact with them, it's still happening withing earshot, and in a professional setting.

      Cons

      Benefits are not as good as at a large company, but enjoying your job and feeling heard and respected make up for that.
