      In my role as a manager, I found myself investing long hours, often struggling to find a balance between work and personal life. The sheer volume of tasks and the constant need for problem-solving occasionally felt overwhelming. I believe that additional support and recognition from leadership could have significantly improved morale within the team. Acknowledgment of the challenges faced and providing more support would have been instrumental in fostering a more positive and productive work environment.       Blessings and opportunity. Great meeting new people, feels getting paid to volunteer. Leverage your second language and get paid for it.

      Cons

      Gasoline is getting higher. Lol Virtual calls are outsourced for cheaper pay which sucks for us. But is great for those getting paid.
