      Pros

      Not sure why the negative reviews. Good company and the people are work are fun. Going through changes which makes things feel chaotic, but change means growth. Great hours with half day fridays!

      Could use some more employee activities.

      AIS manufactures cool products like VR wearable gloves and looking to expand in that space. Management is eager to help you grow and put you in roles where you will be successful. Most anyone here is willing to help. Half days on Friday’s!

      Workload can be heavy, but mgmt is working to find solutions to make it more efficient
