      Pros

      Working with a very tightly knit friendly team. Professional and modern working environment and interesting projects and clients

      Cons

      Busy working schedule so need to juggle between projects and the inevitable demanding clients

      Pros

      Its a very tight knit friendly team and I work with some great colleagues. The projects are varied and interesting in nature and I have grown in experience since working for the company for several years.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there one or two ex-colleagues from years ago who didn't cut the mustard and insist on wasting their time trying to bad mouth what is a great company and the disrespect those that work here. My advice to them is move on with your life.

      Can't understand the bad reviews

      Pros

      It's a company that bonds well. Easy to settle in and the rewards are there. You're also not scrutinized for walking away for business - they aren't that desperate for a bit of cash. Some people may have bad experiences but that happens everywhere. The teams were happy, if there was anybody unhappy it was very easy to approach. Also career progression and rewarded with pay rises was a benefit.

      Cons

      With the large variety of projects and products on offer, it's easy to get confused and feel like there is a lot going on. If you're not keen to do some travelling for trade shows, meetings, etc then that would be a con for you.
