      Pros

      People here are rewarded for their good work. The team works well together. Management creates a cultures a culture where anyone with the proper skills can flourish. Leaders here are supportive. Once employees flourish and deliver, management gives work/life opportunities as long as the performance continues.

      1. Fantastic people and culture that allows for upward mobility and success. 2. Being a smaller company your contributions and opinions are valued and important. Every person counts, and every decision is made with the employees best interests in mind. 3. A work environment that encourages hard work, constant attentiveness, and some office fun! 4. A "do whatever it takes" mentality without losing sight of work/life balance. 5. Brands new office space, and continual investment in the people who drive this companies success. 6. Comprehensive benefit package.

      While not everyone is a prefect fit, if you value a company that truly invests in their employees growth, than you are looking at the right place.
