      Pros

      Very team focused environment with international students. You get to drive impact from day one and build a network amongst the brightest people.

      Cons

      You will need to accept being micromanaged and leadership driven by control over trust. Even your social media profiles. Be aware of the inherent bs and promises borrowed from the value structure of the consultancy industry.

      A small work environment were you have a impact on what is going on. Quite simple work tasks and good team spirit. Friendly co-workers.

      Was asked to start my own company so that Affenium could pay us 50 DKK - way less than the minimum wage, avoiding compensation for sickness and other legal requirements for having employees. Despite having a decent turnover. Extreme expectations in terms of production compared to wage. You get paced a lot with corporate BS and crazy and uneasily elitarian dogmas.
