Pros
Excellent company, excellent co-workers, great benefits. I do not have a bad word to say about anyone or anything regarding this company. I was hired as an intern when no one else would give me a chance, after 4 months they hired me permanently. I can say that beyond a shadow of a doubt you would never regret working here. I was laid off and if given the chance I would go back without giving it a second thought.
Cons
I have no real cons, it is truly a great company. The only thing I can say is that the pay scale is a little less than industry standard, but the benefits are phenomenal with far above industry standards for PTO and the health insurance and dental plans were very good and very affordable, the company pays the majority of the premiums.
