      For an agency Agent3 focuses on its people and how they can be best enabled to deliver their best work. Multiple times I’ve seen employees come before clients. They’re also very transparent with growth plans

      Cons

      Long working hours occasionally but always recognised Understaffed in some areas due to growth but always trying to recruit so effect isn’t get for long
