Pros
- At the personal level, all colleagues are nice and friendly people (really friendly) - Professionally, all are professionals and knowledgeable (P.S.: work-wise they are not so friendly which is good for business) - Shout for help and you will get it - Teamwork environment is what drives them forward - The size of learning during working is massive - Opportunities to grow your career are available - Support to study for certifications is there - each manager is a mentor, not just a supervisor - The massive workload allows a fast track on your learning curve - Promotions are achievable - Shifting department is also something normal
Cons
- The massive workload might be stressful for some But, honestly, I cannot think of anything that might let you think twice about joining this great company. In fact, I wish I never left and if I had the chance to join them back, I will do.
