Management was flexible with my availability. My peers were fun people to work with and they were always there to help if I needed assistance. Management was easy to communicate with. The job is pretty fast paced with little time to be bored. Overtime was always available. There were always fun things going on in the office like contests and company breakfasts and gatherings.

I have been at All-Guard for a few years now. I have to say, that the people who work there are a huge plus. People who work there, genuinely build friendships, care for one another and there aren't clique's. If you are a member of the All-Guard family, you are included. Another huge plus, is how the Company shows employees they are appreciated. They have an employee appreciation day, an annual A's Baseball game, including a tailgate, where family members are not only encouraged to come, but honestly wanted there, we also have an annual Holiday party with raffles, dancing, food and fun. I truly enjoy my job and look forward to coming to work.
