Pros

The team have really worked hard over the last few years on creating the best company culture. As a result, we're in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023. I love how everyone gets involved, everyone is ready to help each other out, very collaborative. We have a hybrid way of working which means when we do meet in the office, there are lots of opportunities to connect with your teams on a social level, subsidised lunches, after work drinks and team building socials are all in place. There are also great benefits in place like unlimited holidays, wellness days, great pension schemes and health insurance etc.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say, the current climate means budgets are a bit tighter for socials, but that can only mean we get more creative and thrifty with what we need to do.
