Pros

Great, hard-working people with no egos. Everyone has each other's backs and are always willing to help out. The executive team is very accessible. Completely hybrid work environment. Very good onboarding process that sets folks up for success.

Cons

Work to resource balance is off but they are hiring aggressively to solve that problem.
