      Pros

      Not only does Alpha Concepts give you all the tools you need to develop new skills but they set you up for long term success. My long term goals of managing multiple companies is now tangible through the opportunity they offer.

      Cons

      It’s really competitive. My advice is to be a good student. The harder you work and learn, the quicker you grow and develop.

      Pros Coming from a Restaurant General manager position being told it would be 5 plus years to reach the next level; To now actually having unlimited growth opportunity and actually promoting myself has been a great opportunity.

      Cons The owner is a great mentor, but demands a level of self discipline I wasn't ready for when I first started.
