      The work flow was consistent. Great environment. Co-workers were helpful. Company was accommodating to the employees.

      No health insurance (I believe that has been changed)

      Pros

      - Leave work at work attitude (we want you to have a life not answer emails all night) - Open to learning growing into your job and great at taking time to teach - Helping to make the world a healthier place - Lots of paid leave from your first day - Good 401K - Great living wage - Open door policy with almost all managers (if you have an issues just talk to them)

      - Only has select health insurance (Dental and Visual) - Hard to move up internally

      The people working there want to support each other and they believe in the products they make. This is a company with good bones.

      Cons

      Some of the corporate stuff from above is annoying. And there have been staffing issues.
