What I love about AA is that work here combines solving exciting challenges every day what elevates my professional skills, freedom to find innovative and own paths to deliver outstanding results with great, ultimately friendly atmosphere. AA is putting very strong emphasis on education and invests a lot into sharing the expertise of people on board and into bringing top experts to coach and advise. The company takes real care of each of us making sure that the real work-life balance is achieved and work is not only a duty but a truly exciting journey. The team is very professional and inspiring, we are good friends here immediately embracing our new colleagues. I am very grateful for the help AA has offered to make my relocation to Prague so smooth and absolutely stress-free. I have worked in many startups across Europe and AA is by far the best work experience I had (well, and I absolutely adore Prague and our cosy villa-office).
