I’m really happy and thankful to get the chance to work as an intern in the marketing team at Appifylab. Every team member here is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. In the beginning, it was a bit challenging to adjust, but after a few days, everything started feeling amazing, and now, Alhamdulillah, everything is great! Positive: Supportive and helpful teammates across all departments. Free healthy lunch from the canteen. 2 days off weekly – good work-life balance. On-time salary, increments, and even bonuses. Sometimes we even get special treats from the CEO, which is really motivating. Overall, a peaceful and respectful work environment. I honestly didn’t face anything hard here. Sometimes, HR may struggle to handle leaves during busy times, but the CEO is always understanding and approves when needed.

I’ve been working at Appifylab for over 3 years now, and I’m genuinely happy with my experience. Like every company, there’s always a bit of noise here and there, but what truly matters is on-time salary, timely increments, and a positive environment, and Appifylab delivers on all of that consistently. Pros iv got: Supportive and approachable CEO and management. On-time salary (always paid by the 5th of the month). Timely increments and fair recognition for hard work. Healthy free lunch from the company canteen and unlimited tea, coffee, and green tea. Good flexibility and a friendly work culture. No office politics, everyone is helpful and cooperative. I also really appreciate that some of my friends work here too, and they share the same positive experience. If you ever feel confused by one or two negative reviews, I’d say, just like your five fingers aren’t the same, not everyone has the same mindset. Some people spread negativity even when they don’t contribute much.
