      -Hands on the latest cutting edge technology, developing with Augmented and Mixed reality, robotic haptic devices, Holographic imagery, IOS and Android application -Long term, secure, stable employment - Open-space work environment, which promotes growth and great collaboration between developers

      Sometimes deadlines may be a little stressful, but overall projects and deliverables have been efficiently designed with good and detailed time-tables and milestones, following agile methodology

      Pros

      I am very proud to be a part of this company for a number of years. What they are doing is innovative and exciting. It is fulfilling to know that the products can enhance education and healthcare. Products are cutting edge. It it also evolving its practices to keep ahead of the times, which I commend.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are tight timelines but overall time is managed properly.

      Extremely innovative work; the products are cutting edge. The area is great for lifestyle, being in south Florida. There are beaches and warm weather for relaxing when not working

      Need some more senior people. Many of the hires are junior.
