      The people I work with are very easy to get along with, and I have a great relationship with management. I don’t have any complaints.

      Pros

      You’re presented with unique problems to solve every day. You’ll definitely have to dig deep to find creative solutions to a variety of unique problems. Thankfully you’ll be working in teams, so you can bounce ideas off of one another until a solution presents itself.

      Cons

      More time off would be nice.

      Pros

      A respectful work environment and great management. It’s a really close group, so it can feel like you’re on the outside looking in sometimes, but if you make an effort to really get to know everyone, you’ll discover that you’re surrounded by a great group of people.

      Cons

      Make sure that everyone is in the loop so no one feels like they’re being left out.
