Pros

This was by far one of my best internships. Worked at both the SF and London office. Was given lots of responsibility and creative freedom. Learned so much from the team. Great leadership. You will work hard and sometimes long hours but it pays off. Internships with Avroko defiantly taught me the most of all 6 that I have had.

Cons

Did not receive a pay raise when I returned for a second internship - did not receive overtime but did receive comp hours. Would prefer overtime pay over comp hours due to the amount I ended up working.
