Pros

If you're looking for an environment where you are surrounded by c-level leaders, this place is for you. There is a lot to learn from the different teams and that is not something to underestimate when looking for a new job.

Cons

Given that there are a lot of executives, career advancement opportunities seem to be far from the Azamara employee grasp. That is not to say that they don't promote their workers, but it does feel like it can take quite some time for that to finally happen (we're talking years.)

Pros

Many pros including strong salaries and benefits, happy and personal team members, and smart leadership that communicates well. The overall environment is outstanding because everyone wants to grow the company post-acquisition.

Cons

Extra working hours and challenges in developing new processes that are to be expected with a company reinventing itself.
