      Pros

      - Great leadership and the company cares about its employees and the company values. - Good benefits, including a generous training budget. - All employees get face-time with the CEO and other leaders, there's an open-door policy, everyone gets to make suggestions and any individual can make a difference. - Complete transparency into the company's business goals and finances (down to optional finance workshops so everyone can learn common business terminology and ask questions). - Hybrid working.
