      Pros

      Everyone who works at BOND are passionate about what they do, nothing is ever too much for my colleagues and they have helped me settle into the job amazingly even whilst working remotely! Senior management are great and they supplied excellent training materials and are always available to answer any concerns or questions. Another big pro is being able to travel to beautiful hotels during the events and spend time with clients.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with a strong leadership team who are approachable, transparent and genuinely care about staff. Highly supportive culture with good communication, Great team who supports each other, working hard but taking time to have fun as well.

      It's always busy but don't really think that's a con!

      Pros

      BOND Events is an amazing energetic and inspirational company to work for. A team of hard working staff all working towards the same goal. Chances of travel to amazing locations, meeting incredible people and working within the BOND ‘family’ make this company uniquely special.

      Cons

      Be prepared to muck in! Not a con for good team players but you will be expected to help out wherever is needed. As an event business it can go crazy and you’ll have to put in long hours but can then enjoy the downtime after.
