      Pros

      Management is transparent and honest. People are friendly and helpful. It is led by people that care.

      Cons

      The only negatives are those that are typical to any Engineering firm (occasional overtime, difficult deadlines, etc), although the management team tries to keep it to a minimum.

      Pros

      I like how we can either convert overtime pay to salary or additional time off. The place is also more laid back than other engineering companies I've worked with.

      Cons

      Engineering consulting can be tough sometimes. Some of the SOPs and work flows need to be updated to how things are currently done.
