      Management. Lack of support/empathy towards employees Just a number Not willing to put their egos aside Happy to let employees with 15 years of service go just to make up for their poor financial decision making.

      Great culture and work life balance. I can work flexibly so I get more time off. Workshop is much better than last place I worked.
