I feel grateful to be surrounded by a bunch of smart, driven people who constantly challenge me to learn and grow on a daily basis. The BalancePoint team is a family. We’re a 12 year old company with an average tenure of more than five years, so that creates a high-trust atmosphere that I enjoy being a part of.
