      Pros

      Bambuser lives up to its 'people-first' reputation. The personal onboarding in Stockholm is a fantastic touch, and the flexibility regarding remote and office work is world-class. The culture hits the sweet spot of being high-talent but low-ego—everyone is smart but humble. It’s a safe space to experiment and learn from mistakes. On top of that, the Equity Program is a major plus and shows they truly value their employees.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has led to frequent reorganizations, making it hard to maintain stability. The decision-making process also feels heavy at times, as involving so many stakeholders in every small change can create bottlenecks.

      Pros

      I've been at Bambuser a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. It's lived up to every expectation I could have had and then some. It's got the complete set of factors you could be looking for in a company - great products, great customers, great culture (we just got taken to a spa retreat in Stockholm) and great people!

      Nothing that comes to mind.

      Bambuser is an incredible place for those eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with top-tier colleagues and clients. The people that you work with a genuinely really nice and always lend a helping hand/problem solve together. The work environment is dynamic, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership, drive change, and see real impact. Overall it's a great fit for those who enjoy working at the cutting edge of industry transformation and want to make a real impact.

      Cons

      The fast-paced, agile environment would suit self-starters but maybe not those who prefer a lot of structure and hierarchy.
