      Pros

      The company is generally very good and does care for its people and gives them ample opportunities to learn and grow. The culture at the company is evolving as well and that is great to see too.

      Cons

      The structure of different teams is very lean at times and that can cause a bit of workload. Colleagues are generally very supportive as well so that helps when there is a bit of excess workload.
