Great work/life balance and a really talented group of ego-free, friendly colleagues. Excellent benefits. Hybrid office culture, very understanding.

Average pay. Like many other architecture firms, Bergmeyer’s team is currently not as diverse as they'd like but they are actively investing in a more diverse/inclusive work place and for the design industry overall.
