Good place to start your career and many opportunities to learn from the experienced people.

Pros

Diverse projects and the people are great to collaborate with. Nice office space and get to work with many big clients. There are many opportunities to explore the design direction as long as in-line with the management. A structure for management platform allows the young designer to learn and grow quickly

Cons

Work and life balance are little difficult to achieve compared to others. Sometimes, it's hard to manage miss-alignment with the owner.

The team is awesome. They help each other out and are some genuinely great people. You can learn a lot as a junior/mid level designer with the amount of hands on experience you get.

Cons

The owner is all over the place in terms of expectations and involvement in projects. Learn to work around this or you'll be stressed.
