      You are helping promote local news.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. They are not flexible with hours. Management is not very organized and making up for past mistakes is often the bulk of the workload.

      Great people and a fun environment. Very able to make your own schedule and work mostly from home if needed. It is fun to get out to talk to businesses about needs that they have for advertising

      Cons

      Base salary is low and so at times you are working very hard to not make much money. Potential for income is there though
