      Pros

      Good workplace culture with an array of benefits, fast paced environment. Flexibility of work arrangements whether that be in the office, hybrid or remote if you work outside of an office location. Fortunate to work alongside talented individuals who care deeply about producing great work. Depending on your role you have the opportunity to make a real impact on customer and small businesses which is rewarding. Brand new office in the Rocks precinct.

      There has been changing priorities across 2023 however I see this stabilizing in 2024, the future is bright.

      Growth means opportunities and these are available across all levels. Encouraged to understand what we sell through experiences at work paid for by the company and on company time High levels of investment in developing leaders and with a strong and highly competent HR team

      Cons

      Transforming the business through new operating models and systems means there is a lot going on but this also generates opportunities to develop if you see it that way
