      Pros

      A well run hiring process, good communication, helpful throughout the process. This experience was longer than expected but they were timely with updates and mindful of the additional time going into hiring for this role.

      Cons

      3 weeks in and no cons to speak of.

      Thorough onboarding

      Pros

      The onboarding process is very thorough. I appreciated being sent things in the month leading up to my start date, even though there is no pressure to do anything before your start date. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and supportive. There's a clear effort to make the company more diverse and inclusive. Very good compensation package.
