You can do what you want to the benefit of the company, No one is stopping you. free yet professional environment. you can do new experiments and company is really helpful in your academic activities also.
Cons
Still a very young company. so have to work with a rapidly changing environment. if you are not willing to take up the challenge of changing BitWave is not for you.
