      Very flexible to work with students schedules, Provide simple training, the manager was great.

      Pros

      There are many things that I like about working for BizLab/Sterling Commerce Group. The people, the pay, the fun events, the growth opportunities, benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Communication is not where it needs to be but this is a common problem in most companies. The pay structure for agents is good but confusing to understand. I would like to be able to really see what I make for each sale or be able to figure out what I made each day in a quick and easy way.

      Pros

      All coworkers and boss are amazing. Love the job and the people. Great atmosphere. I feel appreciated by all.

      Cons

      High turnover. Pretty much everyone in company says pay not competitive with similar businesses in the area.
