Even though the company is growing, it comes with some growing pains. I'm sure they're going to work themselves out, but there can be moments of miscommunication, or oversight on behalf of management. You often have to be proactive when trying to get a final answer on some new protocol or directive.
Some stores have a bad apple employee/manager, and that can create a poisonous atmosphere for the rest of the team. My advice is to ask for a transfer, or bring it up with management. Thankfully some employees get so bad that management notices and will finally fire them.
