Pros

Very ambitious and entrepreneurial minded professionals who work together to resolve complex problems. I was working remotely but never felt detached from the team due to the organised structure put in place. Also, I got the opportunity to travel to the US to meet my team in person. Last but not least the product and service they provide is also very innovative!

Cons

I was made redundant after only 6 months due to restructuring.

Pros

Excellent onboarding experience. I had not come from the AEC space before so it was great to understand more about the company, software and market. Everybody was really helpful and looked after me well during my two weeks in the US. UK has a start-up feel to it compared to the US, so a great time to be joining the business here and help shape the growth and future of the business here. All to play for!

Still relatively early days, but non so far
