Flexible, great pay, good communication, clear set targets and help to achieve.

Cons

Even though there is help to achieve the targets some times can be hard to achieve either way.

Pros

World-class lifestyle benefit - 14 days of complimentary stays at BG properties worldwide. Hybrid and flexible remote culture. Generous quarterly bonus pay if you hit your targets. The core product is solid which helps streamline the sales process. The high volume of deals closed every year allows you to heavily practice and sharpen your closing skills. Highly talented & approachable colleagues and managers.

Cons

Product and portfolio shifts: Strategic shifts, like introducing partner network units, make the sales process more complicated. Additionally, due to ongoing portfolio restructuring, dealing with frequent property drops is not pleasant to manage. Base pay and raises: Base salaries could be higher. When salary increases are percentage-based, starting from a lower baseline means the actual bump isn't that impactful. Career Progression: Over the past 3-4 years, opportunities to transition into leadership or management positions have been limited and slow to come by.
