Lots of pros working at Blusource. Great people who are dedicated to what they do. The Mon-Thur schedule is so nice, it gives time for people to enjoy life outside of work. We build kits and sell school supplies to non profits who help those who are less fortunate, I love being involved with this type of work. The culture is relaxed yet hard work is valued and recognized.

Cons

Lots of summer help comes in and it can be hard adjusting. The last few years have been really good, we are all working better together.
