Surrounded by a great team. Very active environment that lets you make a difference. Everyone aligned and focused on delivering a great customer experience.

Cons

Not a good place if you want to sit on the sidelines. Much more fun for people that want to be in the action. Have to make your own difference.

BodySpec is a great company in the fact that they take a personal interest in your success, whether that is with them or not. This is a start up currently, so a lot of changes very fast. But essentially I love my job because I am surrounded by co-workers who respect me and value my input. The company culture is great!

Cons

Essentially what makes this company great could be a con to a certain person. This is a start up-if you are not ready for consistent change for the better & making mistakes & growing as a company, then this job is not for you.
