I have worked at BreezeMaxWeb for 12 years. I find management to be very supportive. They are always on the leading edge ensuring we always have services to offer our clients that fit their needs.

Cons

The only con I can think of is there is always a lot to learn, and stay on top of to be current with all of our product offerings. But I don't view that as a negative.

BreezeMaxWeb is one the most secure place to work, even though in the very challenging time of the pandemic, I couldn't see a single employee's lay off with no salary cut.

Cons

Moving up the ladder is quite difficult as people stay here for longer periods.
